Overview
In her previous role as a legal assistant at Tradesman Program Managers, Sara conducted legal research and collaborated with brokers and claims adjusters on general liability claims. She provided coverage analysis and drafted position letters concerning additional insured endorsements. Sara also worked with account oversight managers to create files for claims involving bodily injury and property damage.
Sara has worked on environmental issues and mass toxic tort litigations, drafting motions and complaints. She has also focused on landlord-tenant law, drafting motions, and assisting with client intake interviews.
During law school, Sara was a member of Hofstra Law Women. At Marist College, she presented at the Sigma Tau Delta international convention and published a response paper in the Young Scholars in Writing journal. As a research assistant, she contributed to a scholarly work on gender and labor.
