Rebecca’s commitment to legal excellence is matched by her analytical skills, which were essential during her tenure as compliance counsel at Tokio Marine Management, Inc., where she conducted regulatory research and policy advisement. Her analytical skills were equally valuable at the Bank of New York Mellon, where she was involved in compliance analysis and mitigation in the mortgage-backed securities legal department.

During law school, Rebecca distinguished herself academically as a Dean’s List of Honors Scholar. She was also recognized as a National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Law Foundation Scholar. Rebecca laid her academic groundwork with a BA in government and international studies from The University of Texas at Austin, where she was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and ACHS.
