Overview
Among Megan’s responsibilities are reviewing and preparing legal documents, such as pleadings and discovery, scheduling meetings and other clerical tasks to ensure the cases are advancing in a timely manner.
She regularly corresponds and interacts with insurers and lawyers, assists with case prep, and ensures deadlines and schedules are met. She also plays an active role in the discovery phase of litigation and conducts research that helps to craft compelling litigation strategies.
