Before joining Coffey Modica, Julia served as a senior associate at several other prominent New York law firms. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in all aspects of civil litigation, from case inception to trial.

Julia’s expertise includes conducting depositions, interviewing expert witnesses, drafting motions and legal briefs, and representing clients in court proceedings. She has successfully tried cases to verdict, including a notable defense verdict in a Bronx County Supreme Court.

Before transitioning to civil litigation, Julia spent nearly a decade as an assistant district attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office. There, she prosecuted a wide range of felony cases, including sexual assault, identity theft, and violent crimes. This experience provided her with invaluable courtroom skills and a deep understanding of criminal law.
