Overview
In his previous role as assistant corporation counsel at the New York City Law Department, Angelo managed over 100 cases, overseeing motions, depositions, and settlements. As part head, Angelo acted as a liaison between the court and the office, and reviewed and assigned cases as necessary.
Among his achievements during law school, Angelo was awarded the Trial Technician Regional Champion for the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition, and was awarded the Tech Coordinator, regional champion for the All Star Bracket Challenge Mock Trial Team competition. He demonstrated his leadership skills as managing director of his law school’s Advocacy Honor Board. Additionally, Angelo employed his skills as an editorial and research assistant for Professor Jared J. Hatcliffe, in the preparation of the book Trial Advocacy: The Art of Storytelling: Strategies for Winning a Trial in New York State Court.
