Prior to joining the firm, Alyson worked at a New Jersey Law firm with a high volume of cases focusing on insurance defense. During her time there, she drafted pleadings and various types of motions, communicated directly with clients, and assisted in trial preparation.

During law school, Alyson served as a Leadership fellow, and gained notable experience from various judicial internships. She also served as a student attorney at the Seton Hall School of Law Family Law Clinic, representing indigent clients in their matrimonial matters. In recognition for her commitment to public leadership and community service, Alyson was awarded the Mary Franzese Humanitarian Achievement Award in 2020. Upon graduation from law school, Alyson clerked in the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, for the Honorable Mark T. Janeczko before entering private practice.
