Overview

Before joining Coffey Modica, Vincent served as associate counsel at American International Group, Inc. (AIG). He conducted legal research and provided strategic counsel to inform business decisions and minimize legal risks. Vincent’s responsibilities included drafting compliance presentations, policy contracts, and vendor agreements, updating training materials, and revising risk memos. He also assisted in filing liability insurance programs throughout the United States and managed OFAC regulatory updates.

In other roles, Vincent gained experience in commercial and real estate transactions, litigation, and housing law. He researched legal issues, prepared client recommendations, and assisted with court filings and trial preparation.

During his academic career at the University of Notre Dame Law School, Vincent received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Civil Rights Law. He served as senior articles editor for the Journal of Legislation, was vice president and oralist on the Moot Court Appellate Division Board, and won the A. Harold Weber Award for Achievement in Oral Argument. Vincent led his team to first place in the Touro Law Center National Moot Court Competition in Law & Religion and reached the Schreck Gaming Law Moot Court Competition quarterfinals. Additionally, he co-authored “Apple, Inc.: iPhone Data and Another FBI Investigation” for the Notre Dame Business Case Collection.
