With over 10 years of experience as a litigator, Yesy Sanchez has represented clients in general liability, employer liability, commercial litigation, and mass tort litigation. He has tried employment cases as first chair in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, handled mass tort litigation relating to a significant multi-building natural gas explosion, and litigated matters relating to air-carrier liability, motor vehicle accidents regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and more.

Over the course of his career, Yesy has been involved in litigation throughout all phases from inception through resolution including motion practice, depositions, mediations, expert witness and trial preparations. He has litigated claims in a broad range of areas, including professional malpractice, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, wrongful death,
and commercial disputes between officers, principals, and partners.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Yesy is deeply committed to mentoring and inspiring the next generation of legal talent, serving as a career panelist at Dr. Richard Izquiero Health & Science Charter School and acting as a career counselor for Vermont Law School graduates.

He graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School, where he served as Editor for the Vermont Law Review. He received a Bachelor’s in Political Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
