Before joining Coffey Modica, Thomas honed his skills at Hurwitz Fine P.C. and Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, where he worked in commercial litigation and insurance defense. He has represented clients in high-profile cases, including opioid litigation and generic pharmaceuticals pricing antitrust litigation, conducting discovery, drafting legal documents, and participating in settlement negotiations.
