Overview
Before joining Coffey Modica, Orielle was an associate attorney at a New York defense litigation firm. There, she represented clients in insurance defense matters, including negligent security, premises liability, and property damage.
In previous positions as an attorney, Orielle handled insurance defense matters in civil litigation, including general liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. Her experience includes preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, as well as appearing at court conferences and examinations before trial.
Orielle served as an assistant law clerk at the Queens County Supreme Court, Civil Term. In this role, she supported justices with diverse caseloads, including uncontested matrimonial, foreclosure, and complex civil cases. She drafted orders, prepared memoranda, and moderated foreclosure virtual conferences.
