Max draws on his training as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office to defend clients in high-profile, high-exposure catastrophic injury cases. While at the District Attorney’s Office, he investigated and prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases, presented cases to the grand jury, and conducted jury trials to verdict. This experience honed his presentation skills, ability to present evidence, and legal acumen, which inform how he practices today.

In addition to his trial experience, Max has appellate and federal court experience, having authored and argued several appeals in the First, Second, and Third Appellate Divisions.

Max has diligently worked with clients, experts, investigators, and professionals to provide exceptional legal representation and meticulous attention to each matter he and his team handle. His trial experience and expertise are highly sought after, making him a significant figure in the field. Additionally, Max is an alumnus of The Hotchkiss School, holds a B.A. from Villanova University, and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was also a recipient of the M. Glasser Scholarship and Brooklyn Law School’s Pro Bono Silver Award.
