Joshua Malekan represents insurers, businesses, and insured entities in a broad range of matters, including construction accidents involving New York Labor Law, premises liability, property damage, and general liability claims.

Joshua is involved in all stages of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. He assists in the defense of complex personal injury and construction-related claims and works closely with clients and insurers to develop strategic and cost-effective litigation solutions.

Joshua is multilingual, fluent in Farsi and English, with proficiency in Spanish and Hebrew. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2023, where he was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He graduated magna cum laude from Queens College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.
