Joseph represents clients in a wide range of matters, including personal injury and liability disputes. He has experience handling all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and motion practice to conducting depositions and appearing in court for conferences and oral argument. He has managed substantial caseloads and routinely works on matters involving liability, causation, and damages analysis.

Prior to joining Coffey Modica, Joseph served as an Associate Attorney at a New York-based injury law firm, where he handled more than 50 active cases and gained extensive courtroom experience in both Supreme Court and Civil Court. He also brings a unique regulatory and compliance perspective from his time as an Assistant Vice President in the Office of the Chief Legal Officer at Citi, where he worked on litigation reporting, enforcement matters, and global regulatory initiatives involving agencies such as the CFTC, FINRA, and the Federal Reserve.

Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where he focused on white-collar crime, securities regulation, and emerging financial legal issues. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Miami.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
