Before entering private practice, Evan clerked for the Honorable Melanie G. May at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal. In that role, he gained valuable insight into appellate advocacy, conducting extensive legal research and drafting memoranda on complex issues before the court. In subsequent practice, Evan developed a broad litigation background, managing discovery, drafting dispositive motions, appearing for hearings and oral arguments, and negotiating favorable resolutions for his clients.

Evan also brings a strong foundation of service and leadership. Prior to his legal career, he served honorably in the United States Army Reserve and Florida Army National Guard, completing Airborne School and earning multiple commendations for his dedication and leadership.

He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law and holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida Atlantic University.
