Colleen is committed to being the most prepared advocate at the negotiating table or in the courtroom, leveraging rigorous investigations and realistic case evaluations to guide proactive, effective client strategies.
Her practice focuses on the defense of construction accidents and defects, premises liability, medical and nursing home malpractice and negligence, products liability, and claims within the retail and hospitality sectors. She represents a wide range of corporate and institutional clients, consistently delivering thoughtful counsel and strong courtroom presence.
Colleen earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law, where she served as the CISG book editor for the Pace International Law Review. She holds bachelor’s degrees in History and Psychology from the University of Michigan, where she was a research assistant in the Ormond and Hazel Hunt Laboratory studying conscious and unconscious processes.
She is admitted to practice in New York, including the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and is a member of the New York State and New York County Bar Associations.
