Prior to joining Coffey Modica, Abby served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable April A. Newbauer in the New York Supreme Court. Her legal experience also includes working as a Legal Assistant at Robert C. Gottlieb & Associates in New York, NY, where she assisted criminal defense attorneys in various aspects, including research, drafting memos, organizing client files, and digesting discovery.

During law school, Abby held several internships, including positions at the Legal Aid Society, Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, and the New York Attorney General’s Office.

Before embarking on her legal career, Abby was a professional ballet dancer for 20 years, performing at Lincoln Center in New York. This unique background brings a disciplined and creative approach to her legal practice.
