Before joining Coffey Modica, Adam was a partner at an established New York firm, where he defended insurance companies and their insureds from inception through jury verdict.

Adam’s career spans Complex Tort and Product Liability matters and he has conducted several lectures on premises liability for various bar association groups.

Adams’s career spans over two decades, during which he has held positions at several prominent law firms. His experience includes representing insurance carriers and their insureds in construction site accident claims alleging violations of New York Labor Law (sections 240, 241(6), and 200), motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, declaratory judgment actions, commercial litigation, and subrogation actions.

Adam has also handled trial and appellate work with an emphasis on construction accidents, all types of accidents involving premises liability claims, automobile accidents, First Amendment issues and product liability cases. Adam’s experience also includes the defense of insurance companies in first-party and third-party claims and coverage issues.
