Overview
Kieran brings a deep understanding of litigation strategy. He has significant experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, managing complex discovery, and negotiating favorable resolutions. His work is grounded in a practical, detail-oriented approach, supported by thorough investigation—including on-site inspections and coordination with engineers, planners, and other technical professionals.
Prior to entering private practice, Kieran served as an Agency Attorney with the New York City Transit Authority, where he handled a high-volume caseload involving transit-related claims. In that role, he was also responsible for mentoring junior attorneys, reviewing work product, and guiding case strategy—experience that continues to inform his leadership and client service today.
As a Partner, Kieran is known for his hands-on approach to litigation and his ability to efficiently assess liability exposure while developing strategic, results-driven defenses tailored to each case.
Kieran earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Business, from Villanova University.
He is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
