Overview
Over the course of the last three decades Christopher has served as lead trial counsel in hundreds of trials, consistently securing successful results for his clients whether through hard won verdicts or strategically negotiated settlements. His practice spans a wide range of high-stakes litigation, including transportation and trucking, construction, medical malpractice, civil rights, abuse claims, and complex tort matters. He has also conducted thousands of depositions and successfully argued appeals in both New York appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
He is known for his thorough preparation, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver results in high-pressure litigation. Christopher has also mediated hundreds of cases, achieving favorable resolutions and significant cost savings for clients.
Recognized consistently for excellence, he has been named to Super Lawyers in the New York Metro area for over a decade. He is fluent in Spanish and regularly represents a diverse range of clients, including major insurers, municipalities, and private entities.
