Overview

Fiona represents individuals, medical providers, corporate entities, and insurers in all phases of litigation. She drafts and argues dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, manages discovery strategy, prepares and defends depositions, and provides clients with practical risk assessments and strategic guidance. Known for her strong courtroom presence and meticulous preparation, she works closely with partners and clients to develop efficient, results-driven defense strategies.

Before entering private practice, Fiona served as an Assistant County Attorney with the Westchester County Attorney’s Office, where she represented the Westchester County Department of Social Services in Family Court proceedings. She conducted trials and evidentiary hearings, argued emergency applications, negotiated settlements, and managed high-volume caseloads involving complex statutory and regulatory issues.

Earlier in her career, Fiona served as a Staff Attorney with Safe Horizon and the Administration for Children’s Services, where she gained extensive courtroom and trial preparation experience while advocating in sensitive and high-stakes matters. These roles sharpened her litigation skills and strengthened her ability to analyze complex factual records and present clear, persuasive arguments before the court.

Fiona earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law and her Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Delaware State University. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a Notary Public.
