She represents property owners, developers, contractors, and insurers in complex personal injury and property damage actions, managing cases from inception through resolution.

Delna has extensive experience handling all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparing motions and legal memoranda, conducting depositions, appearing for court conferences, and participating in oral argument. She is also skilled in developing case strategy and providing detailed evaluations and reports to clients and insurers. Her approach combines strong analytical skills with practical problem-solving, ensuring that each matter is handled efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining the firm, Delna represented municipalities and individuals in environmental contamination litigation involving exposure to hazardous substances in both state and federal courts. She also has experience supporting trial preparation and settlement proceedings, including fairness hearings and large-scale multi-party settlements.

Delna earned her LL.M. from The George Washington University Law School and her LL.B. from Government Law College in Mumbai, India. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with a minor in Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

She is admitted to practice in New York and is an active member of the South Asian Bar Association of New York and the Women’s Bar Association of New York.
