Before joining the firm, Giovanna was an associate at prominent law firm in New York, where she handled complex medical malpractice cases. She previously served as a law clerk at Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry, LLP, gaining hands-on experience in general liability and Child Victims Act matters. Her litigation experience includes working with the John Jay Legal Services Criminal Justice Clinic, where she represented clients facing misdemeanor charges, managing cases from arraignment to resolution under a student-practice order.

Giovanna’s background also includes working with prominent insurance defense firms, where she developed a strong foundation in premises liability, construction law, and labor law. She has worked closely with clients at all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation to trial preparation.
