Overview
Joseph has advised insurers on coverage matters involving jeweler’s block, commercial liability, property damage, environmental liability, and builder’s risk policies. He has extensive experience in defending and appearing on behalf of his clients in insurance defense cases in New York Supreme Court and New Jersey Superior Court. In college he was a member of the Ozanam Scholars community service program and was awarded the prestigious Dean’s List and Gerald E. Fitzgerald Award for excellence in Government and Politics. In law school he was awarded the Faculty Award for Excellence in Real Estate Transactions and served as a legal intern for the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center, where he assisted clients in pro bono litigation matters involving mortgage foreclosure and landlord-tenant disputes.
