Gillian Minnerly serves as an Associate in Coffey Modica’s White Plains office. She was a former Law Clerk at LoPreto + Levy, LLP with extensive experience in drafting documents pertaining to motions and conducting research relevant to specific issues.
Overview
While working at KPB Immigration Law Firm in San Francisco as a law clerk, Gillian researched caselaw and country conditions, prepared and filed asylum, u-visa, and adjustment of status applications. She wrote briefs, motions, and memos all related to immigration matters. Gillian also served as a judicial intern for Judge Wiedman in Washington DC, conducting research and drafted memorandums for the Judge. As a litigation paralegal at Wollmuth, Maher & Deutsch LLP in New York, she drafted deposition summaries, researched state statutes, caselaw and legal articles.
