Deborah F. Amponsah
Deborah Amponsah serves as an associate in Coffey Modica O’Meara’s White Plains office. She is a former law clerk from Hurwitz & Fine, P.C., where she conducted legal research and drafted documents to support litigation attorneys in insurance defense.
Deborah was a former law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office, WDNY in Buffalo New York, where she performed legal research and writing assignments in federal criminal and appellate cases. She worked with Assistant United States Attorneys on case development and formulation of legal strategy. Deborah was a student attorney for the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project, where she conducted extensive legal research to identify trends, gaps, and policy concerns related to housing security for low-income populations experiencing troubles within family court.
